Structure

Congress is an organization chart. Organization Parliament chairman, vice-chairman, Senator, Secretary Special Committee, Chief, Research Fellow, and doctor on staff.

Members

  • Elected by county residents on a basis of universal, equal, direct and secret voting
  • Number of the total members: 7(3 from District A, 3 from B and 1 from proportional representation)
  • Official Term: 4 years(those elected from byelection shall stay at the post for the remaining term of their predecessors)

Chairman．Vice-Chairman

Chairman and vice chairman are elected through a anonymous voting among members and remain in office for 2 years.
Chairman represents the council and bring orders to the council room as well as direct the council affairs.
Vice-Chairman takes the chairman's position in his absence.

Committees

Special committees can be formed subject to approval by the general assembly to review and process specific agenda. The duration of such committees is not fixed. Members of the committees will lose their status once the agenda is completed and the committees are dissolved.
