Responsibilities of council members

• They shall fulfill their duties, putting the public's interest ahead of theirs.
• They shall undertake probity and maintain due dignity as council members
• They must not acquire any property rights or interest using their positions by engaging in contracts between local
  governments or public organization and private sectors or arrange such acquisition.

Responsibilities of Chairman

Chairman represents the council and bring orders to the council room as well as direct the council affairs.

Responsibilities of Vice-Chairman

Vice-Chairman takes the chairman's position in his absence.

Responsibilities of Committee Chair

• Committee Chair represents the committee and bring orders to the committee room as well as direct the committee affairs.
• Officer takes the committee chair's position in his absence
